Its not exceptionally unhealthy no. It already has water in it (obviously) so adding water doesn’t do anything. Adding milk or cream is mainly for flavor. So in other words you’re fine.

Double the coffee amount in your first cup, if it’s not strong enough add another teaspoon in the next one and so on, until it’s either strong enough or undrinkable.

People who work at dunkin donuts aren’t going to be exact everytime, but i’d say it’s pretty much one packet. I allways ask to 2 creams and 2 sugars, just to be safe, cause i don’t like my coffee too dark. They do have some kick ass coffee don’t they.

I do…I use 1/2 cup of grounds for a full pot…mine’s a 12 cupper. I only make it on the weekends….during the week I get my coffee on the outside….actually, at work.

I think there are many factors including roasting, how the coffee is ground and brewed, and how fresh the beans are to name a few. In other words, it’s more than just where the beans are grown or what kind of bean it is. I think I’m very lucky to live in Portland, OR where Stumptown Coffee is. The permenant gold ones a re nice, I use an unbleached brown coloured paper one from organic pulp, they are a few cents more, and there is no real taste difference but a safer environmental issue when made.
