1 cup of coffee a day is good for you because it has anti-oxidants in it but more than 1 cup has disadvantages since it’s a stimulant and a diuretic meaning you’ll always be in a fight and flight mode meaning your body is constantly tense and the latter means you’ll be losing more water in your body… it can also stain your teeth making it yellowish.

i was just recently there, and since i have high blood sugar, i couldnt buy any coffee. and i noticed that they have ice tea. there new one is blueberry white ice tea. pretty good too. and they also have a shaken lemonade ice tea. it is exactly what it says. they also have so many diffrent things there. ask them what you are looking for, and they will point you in the right direction. have fun sippin.
