My cuisinart coffee pot 12 cup percolator suddenly stopped working. Place of purchase will not replace.?
it is 6 months old and is under 3 year limited waranty. How can I get it replaced
the warranty is through the MFGR, not the RETAILER. Most retailers will do it for you if it looks like it is in tip top condition and it is only a few weeks after your purchace as a COURTESY, but they are not obligated to. If you still have your warranty paperwork, find a local repair facility. You may need to send it to the home office. Check online for the details. Shipping to them is at YOUR expense, return shipping to you will usually be covered by them. You could also call, but I hate wandering around the Maze that most companies call a phone system. Have your purchace info ready.
