    My aunt started drinking coffee(2-4 cups/day) at age 9. She has had no serious health problems though all of her babies were born naked.

    With tea stains the easiest (and sadly, I kind it sort of fun) way to clean them off of mugs and the teapot is to make a thick paste from baking soda and water then rub the stains – they come right off as if you were using an eraser. This should work for coffee as well, but haven’t tried it. Hope this helps!

    I use a 4 cup pot. I drink the first pot pretty fast. After that I make 1 more pot at a time but turn it off and reheat 1 cup at a time in the microwave as I want more. I always make about 4 pots a day.

    I agree with the other poster – no coffee mate. It has a sweet taste and will make it taste weird. If you have a can of soup like cream of mushroom/celery/chicken you can add that in and about half a can of water or just use plain water. Your kicking up the sodium levels through the roof, but you are probably hungry.
