One way is through water and CO2 (carbon dioxide). The beans are soaked in water, and CO2 is added at high pressure. The soaked beans expand and free the caffeine molecules, they are attracted to the CO2, and away it goes.

In order for you to keep your metabolism going, you need to consume something with nutritional value. Fiber, protein and unsaturated fats are needed for you to keep your metabolism on track. Vitamins are very key to your energy levels throughout the day and coffee doesn’t provide many, if any at all. Try oatmeal in the morning. it reduces cholesterol and provides complex carbs that your body will burn slowly to give a constant energy boost for your morning. if you don’t like it, try a flavored version or add some fruit.

1st you are going to have to strip, then after you have enough dollar bills, take that to Lowe’s & get some varnish stripper. Use that, sand it down, restain & add a coat of polyurethane. Lowes will have directions on how to do those things
