Water quality makes a huge difference. If they use filtered water, the coffee will definitely taste better. Hard water that is heavily chlorinated can even put an edge on great coffee.

I drink at least 5 cups of coffee a day….black with a little splenda in it. It is no different than people who drink colas or tea….those things have caffeine in them too…probably more than coffee.

just remember to brush you teeth after you drink the coffee. if a toothbrush is not handy try chewing some sugarless gum. works for me.

I don’t know that you can make "good coffee" from instant/ freeze dried beans. Grinding your own coffee/espresso beans is the most effective way to obtain max flavor. To make a latte or mocha you’ll need an espresso machine. Lattes consist of espresso & steamed milk, simply add cocoa for a mocha. General rule of thumb…the more beans the stronger the brew (using espresso beans opposed to coffee will also help). Hope this helps.
